Old baby photos are saved with Image Doctor

Before Image +Doctor on the left - and after on the right.

This is Lauri's grandfather as a baby in 1920. (He won a baby photo contest that year with this!) It didn't survive the recent shipment to me because it was still in the frame and the glass broke and tore the photo in many places. I was heartbroken when I discovered this.

Timing is everything and we had recently received a copy of "Image +Doctor 2" from Alien Skin Software to review. This was the perfect chance for us to try it out. The software runs as a companion to Photoshop. My 15-year old daughter was the one who installed the software and actually fixed the photo - literally in less than 5 minutes. The dot on the cheek is an actual hole in the photo and this was most worrisome. I wasn't sure we could make it disappear without looking like a blemish. As you can see, it did disappear. And I'm thrilled with the end result. To make it totally perfect we can tinker with it even more. But this was for a review to show how quick and easy it is to repair your photos.

We think you should give it a shot! Check out their product page.
